This multi-use urban housing proposal is set within the framework of the Candleriggs Masterplan. In this speculative project, the target user group is young professionals, so the development provides a variety of housing, as well as comercial units. Some aspects of a cohousing community have been replicated, such as a common area, laundry facilities, and rooftop farming space.
